- Magnacare (Pediatrics and Ear, Nose and Throat)
- Oxford Health Plans
- United Healthcare
- United Healthcare's Empire Plan
- Vytra/HIP (Pediatrics and Ear, Nose and Throat)
Patients with commercial insurance plans are also welcome. If your plan is not listed, please feel free to contact the physician's office for clarification.
Be prepared: Know your insurance plan
The demands of managed care have placed increased demands on physician and patient alike. As a result, we ask that you follow certain guidelines to enable the Group to continue to provide quality care in today's environment.
Before your visit, please understand your insurance plan requirements and what services your plan covers, including routine preventive care. Non-covered services are the financial responsibility of the patient.
Payment is requested at the time of service. For patients with commercial insurance plans, full payment is required. For patients with participating managed care plans, we require the co-payment at the time of your visit.
North Shore Medical Group accepts cash, personal checks, credit cards and debit cards. Please notify our Central Registration staff of any changes to your insurance plan, as well as changes to your address or telephone number.
